In this highly interactive workshop, delegates will have the opportunity to learn how to overcome cultural issues and move towards and open and transparent government. Thanks to this workshop delegate will gain knowledge on how to motivate and educate senior managers into adapting new technologies, overcome resistance to change, develop skills and raise awareness on Web 2.0 tools for government.

In this highly interactive workshop, delegates will have the opportunity to learn how to develop strategies, shape initiatives, support culture change and seek support and funding for Gov 2.0 projects in their government department with clear business benefits and public policy outcomes.
